Reservations for rooms must be accompanied by a deposit equivalent to one nights stay or 25%, whichever is greater. |
| Deposit Refund Policy
Reservations for units MUST BE cancelled at least 21 days prior to arrival date and unit must re-rent to receive deposit refund, less 10% service charge. |
| Check-in time is 2pm or later. After 11pm please make arrangements with the proprietors. Check-out time is 10:30 am. |
| For your safety the main entrance door is locked at midnight. An entrance key is provided with your room key. Only registered guests are allowed beyond the first floor sitting room. |
